Llaico is a family business established in 2002 and located in Palma de Mallorca.
We have a wide offer of properties for rent or sale in the island: apartments, houses/villas, country homes/fincas, commercial properties, garages…
Most of the homes that we offer are located in residential areas near Palma, which makes them ideal for resting and relaxing without giving up enjoying the city services and amenities.
However, we have also properties right in Palma’s city center as well as in towns all around the island.

The name of llaico comes from the union between Ca’n Llana i Ca’n Cotó, which are the nicknames of two families of the founder that merged. This name reflects the closeness and proximity that represent us.
